Hi I’m Stephen Snelgrove, a photographer and engineer. I live in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada with my wife, Janéa and our two dogs.

I have always had a passing interest in photography, but a photo safari to the Masai Mara in Kenya really kickstarted my passion to create great images. Since that trip I’m rarely seen without a camera at my side. My wife thinks I’m crazy carrying 10+lbs of camera up a mountain or in my carry-on for a work trip to Russia… and she may be right. But sometimes a little crazy is just what’s needed to get the job done.
